How It Started

It all started with an album cover.

I didn’t know anything about music at the time, but something about it caught my attention — AC/DC’s Highway to Hell.

That one decision opened the door to everything that followed.

From there came Led Zeppelin, Fleetwood Mac, Pink Floyd, Black Sabbath — and a growing obsession with guitar.

Like many before me, I wanted to be Jimmy Page.

So I bought my first guitar… which, in hindsight, was absolutely terrible.

Unsurprisingly, I didn’t sound like Jimmy Page.

Naturally, I concluded the problem wasn’t me — it was the guitar.

Fast forward nearly 50 years…

I still don’t sound like Jimmy Page.

But along the way, I discovered something better — a deep appreciation for guitars as objects of design, craftsmanship, and character.

To me, they’re tactile art.

Each one tells a story.

And as for Jimmy Page…

I’m still working on that.
